It's a CHINESE competition that wants martial arts as well as acting skills which means you need to be able to recite chinese poetry with the feeling (or something clsoe to it) that actual Chinese actors are able to portray. The judge DID compliment him on his memorization and knowing the meaning of it.

lawl I will explain it to you all, he got kicked off of the show after this appearance but Jackie Chan made them invite him back and we don't know yet whether he went back on or went to do American Gladiators time will tell in 2 months or so.

jackie made them take him off the show because jackie said he was too good. the next day after he was kicked off he had a surprise meeting with jackie and jackie told him to learn his chinese better and that when he does work in america again hes callin xin.
