  • Maraviloso!!! Ole maestro.

  • QUIEN DIGA QUE ESTE VIDEO NO VALE ESQUE NO TIENE GUSTO

  • Esta una SOLEA POR BULERIAS y no Solea.....Muy bonita. muchas gracias

  • This guy could indeed teach egotists like Riff(Spiff)Guy, Jeff Gloomis, and Sam Cold-son, a thing or two.

Look at how humble this Genius is.

  • You can really hear the Ramon Montoya influence in this piece.

    Brilliant!!

  • Not sure I agree with some of the comparisons between Paco de Lucia and Sabicas, even though Paco is at the top of the list of my favorite flamenco guitarists. This piece here is solea por medio (played in A) and shouldn't be compared with the majestic solea por arriba (played in E). Sabicas "bronce gitano" (also somewhere here on youtube) is one of the greatest solea ever recorded, both in terms of technical brilliance and "feeling".

  • I have seen god!

  • yeah agree pacos solea is better than this after all paco learnt from sabicas

    now please stop comparing

  • dios k descaro

  • Its not about who's better, its about the "feel"

  • @richeification i hear that from so many people especially fans of van halen who absolutely sucks dick at anything relating to guitar playing and i understand that just technical speed and skill isnt everything because it wont make you improvise with good melody and rythm all on its own and i believe using it as a excuse for halen is bullshit but mabe i just dont understand "feel"

can you plz explain the meaning of that argument?

  • @joelakastud123 Hey pal. Well in flamenco music, the main aim (from what i understand so far) is to capure the most amount of musical value in each musical line (compas or falseta). The feel is the satisfaction u get from listening.....the line may be simple but wonderful, but very complex and still great. Its a kind of "high".

I'm a fan of Paco De Lucia, he's the best. But I listen to more simple guitarists who still i get thta "ah boy Flamenco is the best!" feeling.

  • @joelakastud123 They have a term for it you know...the "Aire", the swing of flamenco

  • @richeification well yeah but people use that excuse so much, i mean, defining "feel" is more catergorized by individual taste no actual skill for example how every jimmy hendrix or van halen fan uses that bs excuse to say they are better than yngwie fucking malmsteen the creator of neo classical (classical on electric guitar) when he plays his classical with extraodinary skill with orchestral melody while van halen and jimmy hendrix just sloppy shred simple crap and act flashy any1 can see it!

  • @joelakastud123 ok yeh. I'm not meaning to say who is better than who. The "feel" is what you enjoy.....if you dont enjoy it then there's no feel, don't matter who is better. Ive never heard van helen, but the people -you are thinking about are probably seeing and judging by something difrent, cus u clearly don't think he is better. But i know what your're talking about tho....like me you are also judging by MUSICAL VALUE, many people apparently don't

  • @joelakastud123 Don't mean to be rude guys, but comparing flamenco with rock n roll does not compute. Let's talk about Flamenco. Sabicas was the greatest!

  • @joelakastud123 The 'feel", its the ascending and descending tones, the rapid movement and improvisations, the rhythm, the exceptional musical value....the "feel" of flamenco. And whoever can capture this, and give the audience that "high" is very much accepted, dont matter if you can play 14nps or 6nps, playing for 50 years, or 10.

    Undertsnad what i mean?

  • paco de lucia did it better than sabicas ,,,,,,,,,, i respect sabicas so much but no one of the guitarists did ' Solea " like paco du lucia ,,,,,,, :)

  • @ahmadguitar87 There is so many good guitarists in different style but for me...Paco de Lucia is the better...the greatest...so i totaly agree with you...he s playing like no one.!

  • @TheKandjar thanks for the confirmation dude ,,,, with all my respect to other guitarist in the world, paco de lucia the best ever ,,, and i respect what you believe ,,,, :) :) :)

  • @ahmadguitar87 I think his solea sounds dirtier and like sloppy shit. not as musical or exiting and has a boring rythm. but thats just my personal opinion.
