I found that to be quite clear that she's going to kill herself to rid herself of the pain -- and that's only ONE of the examples. I really don't know what "lines" you're "reading between", but this is a very straight forward song. Even the name is "I Want to Die." What more proof do you need that this song is about dying, and not "starting over?"

@psteveable She's actually talking about how he left her and living without him is too painful. I'd really like you to go to her speech and re-listen. Because she talks about how he loves someone else, and to live without him is killing her. And how it breaks her again and again each time she thinks/speaks/dreams of him. She says nothing of moving on. Just dying. Metaphorical and literal.

@psteveable I don't know what song YOU'RE listening to, but this song is all about dying; suicide. Not once does she say that she's gonna "start over." As a matter of fact, she talks about how living is just a slow way to die, and how to escape life itself is the only solution. How on EARTH did you get the impression that she's gonna "live on and start over?"
