Damn that's an awesome song! and i'd be lying if i said I didn't tear up just about everytime i hear this. even though i'm a guy and not asian which means i can't really understand everything being said but i hear it.. the song has passion.. it has feeling.. i can feel the song, it makes me feel warm like a presence of warmness is inside me everytime i hear the song..the TV version. this was my 1st time hearing the full version thank you by the way it has the same effect. *me trying to not tear*

Yes, Season 2 only had 22 episodes (odd number in my opinion, but oh well). There are also 2 (?) OVAs from the DVD that really revolves around Lind (my fav :] ) Not sure if there will be a 3rd season as I haven't looked it up yet... but it would be nice if there will be! ^^

Coming from a Celtic background and as an avid anime fan, this song was actually a little weird to hear at first, but now it just sounds really nice. I love bagpipes, and goddesses who play them. Har har!

The longer version is nice, but I also miss the bagpipe overlap, which I thought sounded really great in the original version. Still a beautiful song, just different from what I was expecting.

The bagpipes never come in behind her in the entire song... it's weird... The TV version just has more background instruments and more sweet bagpipe parts ^_^

@EmaEiishi I understand that you feel that way and i understand.. cause it's like they should have just let the pagpipe play through the song like in the TV version.. and rase the loudness of the pipe near the end of the song so while she's fininshing the song it adds more feeling to it! iwas like wheres the bagpipe at the begining.. it should have been in the whole song BUT at certain parts..still they did a great job!

I think he didnt mean presence of bagpipes, thats awesome, but the begining of opening for season 2 of my goddess just sounds better. I think everyone likes selection of instruments in that song, thats what makes it unique.
