You know why i like Tool so much?? They tune to the 432HTZ. The best knowledge i can offer you is to make sure you play ALL songs in 432Hz. I cant remember the model name, but i have played it. the pickups are very synthetic. No need to insult me, especially when i was trying to improve your experience. A neckthrough or full body guitar is just better. I recommended some names. @LendMeYourHand Ive been playing with a Schecter for 3 years, just got an Ibanez the other day with dual STDH humbucking pickups, it also has a Bolt on Neck not a thru body. And to tell you the truth id rather be playing my Ibanez than Schecter any day, In fact when i play Tool Songs i prefer using my Ibanez and Fender better more than my Schecter. Especially for Lateralus and the Aenima album. Ibanez also sounds great for APC songs

YES, Better equipment makes the world of difference, when you have crappy strings, crappy picks, a guitar with no action & bad pick-ups, you truly sound like shit, You have to have sustain & precision design in fretboard/bridge to prevent buzz in strings, i could go on & on, how the sound is what inspires you to play more solid.

Ok, you are worthy.....I have been playing Ibanez for years....They suck....Get yourself a neck through or a full piece of wood like a gibson/epiphone or maybe a schecter... You will be blown away by how easy it plays itself, plus the stage effects with a full body guitar allow you to manipulate the sound in ways that Ibanez will never offer. You deserve a better guitar. Another bad ass piece of equipment??? The Digitech GNX3000 workstation...This has everything in one & is uncompareable.

Ibanez Guitars are, by my opinion, the best guitars you can buy

- they give you the best price

- the best quality- they don't have all the sparkly shit like a Schecter

- amazing tone

- extremeley comfortable to play, unlike most of the gibsons which weigh a tonn

- they hold their tune, unlike what I have seen of my friends Fender American Deluxe Strat.

and at the end of the day, it depends on the player and what they feel is right for them

I had a Ibanez RG470 for $500 for 7 yrs. i have played several models that my friends & music shops carry. My Ibanez cracked at the neck,body & nut by the tuning keys. it never stayed intune because it was a bolt on neck. the floyd rose was complete garbage in design. Once again, just an assessment.
