well, i've spend tons of hours in pes 09 too..and i must say, they still wons in gameplay but only in gameplay and become a legends..feautures suck, the songs suck..the UEFA champions league is good add but, others still the same..not to mention license..

PES 2009 has almost the same set of tricks like PES 5 had. And PES 5 has almost the same as 3 and so on. Flip-flap was something new and that is all folks.

Dude you obviously don't have both games. I do and i can tell you for sure that fifa is seriously unrealistic. Sure the reporter and the graphics are pretty good better than pes i'll admit. But there's one reason why i prefer taking out my pes 2009 rather than my fifa 09 every evening. And that's because pes is a lot more realistic, the gameplay is a lot more interactive. Fifa has many tricks but they don't actually have an impact. Btw this video only shows a fraction of all tricks.

oh yea? What are the 'new' tricks then? You're wrong - I DO have both games plus I have pes 5,6 and 2008, because I used to play pro evo. For a couple of years fifa puts an emphasis into simulation (chess-soccer in 2003 or 4) while PES is more like arcade - everyone knows that. If you like pace and crazyass actions - take pes, otherwise dont. FIFA for me is too simulational but this year edition won over PES (all critics admited that). Personally, I would like to play FIFPES...

ok lets put aside the tricks - you dont use most of them. Of course PES was better than fifa for a long time (till 2007) but isn't know. While it's barely the same game with 'new' graphics fifa evolved greatly is much more polished. Fifa is part of the EA Group which is the top 3 richest vidoegame producing company along with activision and vivendi ( Blizzard).
