Prophete (saws) did it befor roukouh in salat fajr and after roukouh in witr

Keep in mind, different madhabs have different proofs for their practices; that's why this brother asked his specific question. Becuase as far as I know in the Hanafi, madhab we do not do this, nor do we recite qunoot in fajr prayers. In the Hanafi jurisprudence, we complete three rakats and raise our hands to our ear lobes while saying Allah Whu Akbar and then start qunoot silently. Then go into rukoo and finish three rakats. I know that other madhabs are different.
