It's a little tribute to the host of the Tatoo, the song is called "Farewell to Nova Scotia".

Didn't the British use this song (the opener) back in 1997? That's the one I was in, and pretty sure the British used it ;) I still love it, though. And nice to see the standard holder actually within the display this time, not standing up with the conductor like he did back in 1997.
