First: The end of the word Mariae, is NOT latin so you should not pronounce Marie, the word Mariae is a nahuatl vocative, and is a declination and it is use when you are calling or speaking to some one.

Second: ximotlahtolti must be pronounced shimotla'tolti.

And the last and more important thing learn how to sing.

This singer is very acomplished. She has a wide vocal range and a very good grasp of histrionics. You should listen to her rock group, too, they're very good.

Hi Randy, thanx for your comment, I just want to invite you to have a little talk with the musicologist Juan Manuel Lara Cardenas, (he works in one of the most important research music departments in Mexico, and also has published a big part of the work of Hernando Franco ) and he will explain to you much better and in Spanish why the wold Mariae IS Nahuatl. (or at least is a declination in Nahuatl , so the pronunciation must be in Nahuatl, and not in Latin)

Is just that you really need courage or be a complete ignorant to: make concerts, make a video, with the level that they are playing and upload to you tube.

So I think this ensemble are the ones that need adult supervision because is clear that the do not know what they are doing.

Hi I think you are right,they are not at the level of Jordi Savall(who is on the level of Jordi Savall...even that Monserrat Figueras is probably one of the worst sopranos ever though)But think that you are a little harsh with them,what the Ensamble Galileo does is an important work, of giving diffusion of mexican baroque music that it is practically forgotten,and they don't even do it for the money cause they also are a rock band "santa sabina" that is famous in México and earn enough money

This IS a low-quality video and despite that you can see they are proficent in the use of their instruments, "cheap" as they may be.
