  • I have always loved the Dawson version of this spiritual. They did a very good job with it. I really loved the dynamics of the piece. The only thing or choir did differenty that I liked was to really slow it down until the very end, then speed it back up on I will pray. But they did a great job. Do they even call them Negro Spirituals anymore?
