Congratulation Mister!. Xcelent product and a very outstanding demo with a great singing. I'm tempted to get one for my voice.. Thank you for the clip, I tried without luck far too many soft efects.
@PVDHP No it's a full suite of signal processing specifically tailored for vocal. 1)Ultra Low Noise Phantom Mic Pre 2) 6 Bands of Vocal EQ 3) Compressor - Proprietary "pull up" design 4) Limiter working in "pull down" mode 5) De-Esser - affecting only the "ssss" sounds which is unique 6) Expander - no popping or lost attacks 7) Delay 8) Multi-Delay Cluster 9) Reverb - Specifically Optimized for Voice.
@KARLOSMIYAN The song is "Stranger on The Shore". I am using the VE4 to remove the vocal from the Andy Williams version of the song and enhance my voice as I am singing.
that sounds terrible, and Im not being fecesious! Im a professional audio engineer and the reverb is totally wrong and you must have at least a 10 db boost at 11KHz, which is not a very good idea. Way too much sibalance. The reverb sounds worst than a plugin!
I really dont mean to be a dick, but this does not sound good at all. Thats not to say the device doesnt have potential, Im not familiar with it so I cant comment. I am merely comenting on the end result.
@dannycurtean Danny, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I am going for a "no holds barred" effect. You can see from the comments, I am not alone in considering this approach to be an aesthetic improvement. Regarding sibilance, the VE4 has one of the best de-essers out there. I don't have it engaged very much in this demo. You can fine tune ALL of the VE4's parameters to your liking and store the preset for instant recall.
I have a VE4 LT 2005 and I can not live without it. I have been a free lance singer for 15 years and have worked with pretty high tech equipment. If you are looking for a high end studio sound in one little package this is for you. To hear a sample of me singing with the VE4 go to YouTube and type shawnyshoe79. The only thing I'm using is a studio mic, VE4, headphones,Itouch for music and CD recorder. That's it folks and you to can achieve these same results. Thanks Shawn Pierceson

@dannycurtean It doesn't sound terrible. You're probably looking for something different. Sounds wonderfully vintage.
