I havent named the sitting drills, but the key to the drill is to maintain a tight core, and to keep your feet 2-3" off the ground, then push down off of your foot to jump up.... I usually do 3x both feet, then 3x each foot... notice too how I am standing behind the demonstrator, that is for the advanced version where someone offers a weight restraint on your shoulders by just gently pressing down on them while you jump...
