Bryan wasn't there long enough to do anything, not like just because you're big on the indy circut you can just come in and become world champion, it takes time. Hart Dynasty are tag team champions, and Bourne is getting a good bit of air time and he'll be there for a long time. They are not really being misused.

Whilst WCW held onto the physical belt that was once the NWA title, its was renamed as the WCW World Heavyweight Championship whilst the NWA retained their world title status with a new belt representing it. WWE owns WCW and with it various video libraries from the NWA days but the National Wrestling Allaince remains an independant organisation today that was once affiliated with TNA.

No. They were all their own companies, they were just affiliated with the NWA, which meant that NWA Championships could be defended in each of those territories, and each championship change would be recognized by the NWA. NWA has never owned TNA, WCW, WWE, or ECW for that matter.
The territories were just members to the NWA. The only had financial and title obligations to each other. It was never it's parent company, it marketed itself as NWA: TNA, because it was the only territory at the time that had a TV deal.
TNA isn't funded by Universal Studios, and never has been. They are renting the soundstage, and Universal just promotes them around the park. TNAs true parent company, Panda Energy, funds them. In the past year or so, however, TNA has become self sufficient, though they are still technically funded by Panda Energy.
He never won the belt. Whether TNA recognizes it as an NWA title match or not, the NWA stripped Christian before the match, ergo, Christian was not the champion before the bout and Kurt Angle did not win the title from him.
Wrong.. TNA had the right to book the title so long as it was within their promotion, once it was stripped and the deal called off TNA lost the belt for good and couldn't crown a new champ.

The territories were just members to the NWA. The only had financial and title obligations to each other. It was never it's parent company, it marketed itself as NWA: TNA, because it was the only territory at the time that had a TV deal.

TNA isn't funded by Universal Studios, and never has been. They are renting the soundstage, and Universal just promotes them around the park. TNAs true parent company, Panda Energy, funds them. In the past year or so, however, TNA has become self sufficient, though they are still technically funded by Panda Energy.

He never won the belt. Whether TNA recognizes it as an NWA title match or not, the NWA stripped Christian before the match, ergo, Christian was not the champion before the bout and Kurt Angle did not win the title from him.

Wrong.. TNA had the right to book the title so long as it was within their promotion, once it was stripped and the deal called off TNA lost the belt for good and couldn't crown a new champ.

National Wrestling Alliance, their belt is possibly the oldest Wrestling in history. TNA was like their TV represntative in 2000's or something like that.

kurt angle never won the nwa world title, that weekend before this match the nwa officialy announced they would strip the nwa title away from christian cage as well as a tournament for the title... Nwa wanted their belt back and tna wanted to form its on championship.. kurt angle is the first ever TNA world champ, but never held the nwa world championship

Christian Cage is the first ever TNA World Champion because as soon as NWA stripped Cage of the title TNA gave him the TNA World Championship, hes just never held that physical belt.

I bet TNA had the plan of letting Angle be the last NWA World Champion of the TNA era and saying the reason he was stripped was because NWA pulled out and this would set-up the crowning of the 1st TNA World Champion. But NWA pulled one over on TNA and stripped Cage of the title before his title defense and TNA had to rewrite everything. The details of how the belt was stripped .etc were a little weird following this show.
