i feed my betta everyday fish food he fucking loves it and hes been going 4 years strong now. i feed him before i leave for work in the morning a big pinch then just a normal pinch when i get home
@SunnySideUpified I think you should give him a bloodworm in addition to that. They're really tiny worms and netted love them. Ask for them in the pet store, they're freeze dried and fairly cheap. And as long as he eats it, the tank won't get dirty.
Wouldn't that get the tank all dirty if you're crushing it upp ? I feed my fish TetraBetta and I only give him 3 little pellet thingyys a dayy . Is that enough ?
I let my Betta have some fun with Moths that come to my back porch at night .. just not too big .. been doing it every summer and the fish goes crazy for em . : P .. the rest is winter food LMAO :D
He's gorgeous!!! I've tried feeding my betta all different kinds of food... flakes, shrimp, ect., but all Hyacinthe will eat are his bloodworms. :\ Such a brat! lol.
for the last time, I know it was a lot of food! I prepared a lot just for the video so I can show you what the food would look like! I know how to care for my betta and i would never feed it that much! Anymore comments telling me that I gave it too much food will be ignored and deleted!

Thats wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much food. They have a belly about the size of their eye. You have enough food in there for a betta for an entire week nearly. They can and will actually eat themselves to death if you allow it. Be careful.

@oOoitsbri no, he had trouble swimming because he had really long and thick fins, that's normal for bettas and he stayed at the bottom because most ofthe food falls down there
That's not too much to be honest. If your Betta is healthy he eats like a pig, he eats as much food as you give him, but it's not a good idea. Usually people give him food once/twice a day. Breeders for example, 2 weeks before letting them mate they give them rich food twice a day
i only grind up the brine shrimp bcuz I used to try to feed him the shrimp whole but he couldn't swallow them, the bloodworms stay the same size and he can eat those...
that food is way to small...i have a betta and you dont you dont need to grind there food up...i food him bloodworm(fullsize) and he is ok with that....he really wont enjoy small food like that
So cute!
