When I hear this song I think of my grandfather, my great aunt, and my best friend from high school. Two know how much I loved them, but one did not. My friend passed away before I could tell him that I loved him as more than just my friend. I keep his picture beside my bed and still talk to him all the time. He died in 2008 but it feels like just yesterday.

I dedicate this to my great grandfather. he died only a few years ago. he died at the age of 97, so he lived a good life. we used to visit him every day. i can still feel his hugs and kisses. and i can still see him not being able to walk, sitting in his rocking chair with a smile but with sadness in his eyes. oh i love you and miss you! you'll always be in our hearts. i remember hearing he past away the day we saw him, right when we went home we got a call saying he had died. we cried for days.

For me This song is for my boyfriend. He died a couple of days ago. He had cancer, and beat it. But then it returned, but that wasn't how he died. It was an unexpected death. He died in a car accident. I still love him so much. I am going to sing this at his funeral. He taught me to fight for what you love. At first I thought it was my passion being music but now I think that the only thing I needed to fight for was him! :( Wish me luck, thumbs up for luck.
