Sure must have been nice to leave this troubled planet and get hit with that wave of joy as you came into heaven.I'm 60 and in the hospital a lot these days.I know it will feel great to me to get released from this old crumbling body. Thanks for your great example of serving Jesus and others while you were down here.We that have our faith in Jesus Christ and what He accomplished for us on the cross should be seeing you all up there soon.Love in Christ.
I've enjoyed Larry's music for decades. But I am sad by the "churchianity" treatment around the fact that, after helping launch Randy Stonehill's career, Randy's wife divorced him after falling in love and then "marrying" Larry. Where was the light of truthful treatment, of "Jesus People" honesty? And what are the future ripple effects in terms of legacy and witness to others? Nevertheless, what a gifted artist.
People are human and do human things. Eric Clapton fell in love with George Harrisons wife Patty as well. People are people and we are not the final judge on all matters in live, God is!
I can find out the name of the church since I was there to record the video...its off of Oxford Street, north of Oxford Street, just west of Highbury, a small one on a quiet street
thanx for posting my son got turned onto larry norman's music very recently when watching the 70's movie thief in the night when he was visiting relatives he loved wish we'd all been ready now that who knows who wrote it he has me looking up songs by him
When I was in high school, I was in a band and we used to sing this song. I had forgotten all about it. What a cool video!! I'll miss you, Larry. Thanks for posting this!!

His voice is unmistakeable. There is none other like it. He sounds like an innocent child & a country preacher & a cowboy all in one.

I read a book crediting him with leading a Jew to salvation on a streetcorner in New York.
A Jews for Jesus testimony book.
Did I tell you that I saw him in Arkona with the kids?
Thanks Dan,
