i have to put stoppping power on my bolt-actions because i run around a lot with them and dont camp. i quickscope with the iron sights, and i put on stopping power because i usually shoot them in the gut, not a more fatal area like the chest or neck, or head. but sometimes i get a head shot. and i tell ya, when u put stopping power on the springfield or arisaka, u get non-stop kills!
