I tend to prefer the creme de la creme of music rather than the latest novelty and Amy was a once in a lifetime singer in the making. If only she could have had time to finish developing and perfecting her craft. This recording has imperfections but behind the imperfections is a musical soul of rare quality. She reminds me of the great singer , Billie Holliday of the 20th century. Now I realize that I have tears in my eyes and I'm a tough old steel foundryman, and over-the road truck driver.

It would have been one hell of a song if Cafe Tacuba from Mexico would have collaborated with Amy Winehouse! This is an amazing song. The world has truly lost an angel. Despite her personal addictions and struggles, She had an amazing voice. There will never be another voice like hers.

I don't comment often, but when I do it is usually just an honest opinion, not a bunch of ugly ranting or spam like some folks post... but for some reason lately I have been getting "replies" from people going off on me basically trying to tell me my opinion is "wrong"- as far as I knew opinions weren't true or false, LOL.
