The modern death sentence is no deterrent. I say we go back to Draconian law. Draco took the older 'eye for an eye' laws to the next level. The family could still decide the fate of the accused, but he allowed for the family to carry out the execution if desired. I say we go a step further and televise it pay-per-view, family gets the money.
