@SpongeBen30 the bad performances easily outweigh the none, tom has sounded great especially at the pepsi smash concert in Minnesota in 2004 when they performed I miss you, but I was more or less focusing on the comparison between Tom and Mark and some guy claiming Tom has a better voice...Mark consistently performs well and doesnt have blunders like Tom has had.

And i could understand where you're coming from, depending how old you are. A lot of older fans considered it crap when it first came out, cause it was so different. But if you actually listen, all they did was change the tone of the instruments, thats why it has that darkly melodic 80's feel to it, almost like a faint echo.

Why do some people insist on comparing this to the members' past works? This is BLINK sound, its a combination of the sound in AvA and +44, hip-hop projects Travis has had/still has, like the transplants and give the drummer some, and boxcar racer and anything Tom Mark and Travis have ever done. The album is called Neighborhoods, its describes how each members talents are like a neighborhood in a city, different and coming together to make something new and awesome. SOUNDS GREAT
