Don't care what you believe. The League of Nations RULED (see San Remo, 1920 and 1922) that the Jewish homeland was and is in "Palestine," and so the LEGAL right of the Jews to return and resettle their national homeland was already made international law 20 years before the Holocaust. Unfortunately, too few Jews took advantage of their right to go to Palestine, and were thus killed by Hitler in Europe. My own mother was stopped by my later murdered grandmother from going to Palestine in 1932.

Germany started Restitution to Jews and Israel on its own volition in 1952, to restore Germany's good name. The restitution payments barely covered 40% of Jewish material losses, not to mention millions (including my family) murdered in cold blood. Yes. Red, white and blue. Two out of those three are Israel's colors too.

My family wasn't killed in any concentration camp. My then 54 year old grandmother was shot trying to flee the burning ghetto, while still holding the hand of my fleeing mother who was also holding her 4 year old baby. They made it to the nearby forest, where her child and first husband were apparently murdered while she was out foraging for food. Her two brothers had been taken to a work detail much earlier on and were never heard from again. Sh e was saved by Christians farmers. Feel better?

The US Constitution is only made by men too, so what's your point? I don't actually point to the Bible to justify Israel's right to exist. To me, the League of Nations' Mandate issued at the San Remo conference in 1922 granting a Jewish National Home for the Jewish people is my bible. In the document it does refer to the "historical connexion" between the Jews and the land, but otherwise makes no mention of any bible.
