I don't think many people know that Phaaze itself was the leader "God" of all Phazon and not Dark Samus since Phaaze itself is a sentient planet...

I will not lie, this final boss was a complete joke in comparison to Metroid Prime and Emperor Ing. Even on the hardest difficulty, he doesn't quite stack up as well as he should.

that thing inside of samus' brain was a phazon virus,she have that virus since dark samus hit her with a non-controled phazon blast,creating a fungus on samus' brain tha started creating phazon inside of samus' body,this is how she learned the Hypermode...

but it desapeared at the moment she destroyed dark samus

@MGame3 It's not in her brain and it's not a "Phazon virus".

It's a phazon producing gland that Samus' developed due to the high corruption caused by Dark Samus shooting her with a concentrated blast of Phazon. It's not known where inside the body it is.

Also, the Hypermode is only possible thanks to the GF's PED modifications on the suit, left on it's normal state, the gland would have ended up killing her.

I've found that in game trilogys, a lot of the time the secojnd is the hardest and the third is the easiest. Another example is the Paper Mario Trilogy (soon to be quadrilogy).

it existed before Metroid Prime was a character and it'll exist, in a very altered form, beyond The Metroid Prime Trilogy.
