i like the idea, think it would help beginning guitar players. but what i find the problem is with guitar tableture is that there is no timing, unlike notation which has different timed notes and time signatures, ect. i also find the different colors barraging and hard to read. i think just keeping to the different shapes would be enough. like the idea though.
Nice job guys. I have used Adtab with some of my students, and there seems to be a marked improvement in speed of comprehension. They get it under their fingers faster. Regarding some of the past comments below; all broad statements need to be put in context.
There is no right or wrong way to play the guitar. However, with AdTab you can learn the styles and many guitarists and develop your own style more efficiently. Each AdTab video is transcribed by the original artist. The more artists you study, the more styles you learn, the more you learn, the more you can do with your guitar !! DON'T LIMIT YOUR GUITAR PLAYING !! AdTab International
its good but it doesnt mean that it is to be te way to hit the notes, like in a solo, it can be like "the easiest" way, but not necessary the only one... each person has a special way to play... in one way, there are no rules on playing guitar... anyway, they are good lessons for people who start on playing gtr...
