I can't understand why this has been commissioned. It appears that the whole series was written in half an hour. The characters are just impossible to understand. Wooton attempts to get a real laugh (as it is obviously accompanied by a laughter track) by repeating the same phrase about ten times. The usual dysfunctional stereotypes are awfully portrayed. Thankfully, Mitchell and Webb as returned, that is comedy that doesn't need a laughter track. TV Licence up in smoke again!
you "can't understand" why it was commissioned and find the charcaters "impossible to understand" - well there's YOUR answer - stick to something very simple like Mitchell and Webb - (and there was no laughter track needed for Wootton)
