I like Secondhand Serenade and all, but Dashboard Confessional is way better in my books. Chris Carrabba created the acoustic emo sound, secondhand serenade is selling out after fall for you. If I had to choose between a DC cd or SS cd to take on a roadtrip, it wouldnt take me long to grab a copy of let's say, the swiss army romance

1) Chris started Dashboard Confessional by himself and this is around the time when he didn't really have a set band.

2) The DC drummer is Mike Marsh and he's SICK. He may even be better at drums than Carrabba is as guitar. And trust me, they show him enough, especially on Unplugged (search for it on here).

3) The Best Deceptions is a song that has NEVER been played with the full band. Even if the drummer were present, why would they show him if he's not playing in the song?
