You can pick the XTi1000 up quite cheap on ebay and that has plenty of power :) It makes box building and testing so much easier, and of course it means you can have some awesome bass in the home without messing around with car amps and 12v batteries!!

I know I used to do that too but I couldnt get enough power without running batteries out quickly so I save up and bought the crown! Keep it up anyways dude..

hey man, personally I would go for XTI cuz it comes with all the crossovers, limits, EQ's and stuff you need for a sub, it saves u having to buy all that extra stuff and its cool that u can set it all up on your pc! THnx for the comment!
