@ComedyKitten13 also, diction is important. for example, chachucha has a k sound at the end so its pronounced more like chachuka. manzanilla, the ll's make a y so it's like manzaniya. i actually think the piano was the only thing good...
I am singing this in one of my choirs and we just started learning it about a week ago, and we sound better just practicing than they did performing. But I do have to say, it's a difficult AND professional song, so they did good for being amateurs.
my only problem is the fact that the "choralography" is getting in the way of good singing. They sounded unsure of entrances, etc. Learn the music well first, then you can add the "funness" to it.
@breagh01
What exactly is wrong with my grammar? I could say the same thing to you. :)

They had fun and considering they are amateurs they did pretty well.

This is cute. :-) Brings back memories from when my high school choir sang this.

This is...really bad. Not to be mean. I'll make a list of things that need fixed:
1) Vowels. No smiling. Your eyes potray the emotion.
2) "Choralography" isn't usually welcome with Gilbert & Sullivan.
3) Your enterances were untimed and weak.
4) Dynamics. They stayed the same.
Some other problem spots, like with the conductor. He's not even conducting! Oh well. Good luck...

@ComedyKitten13 Jesus, you're a freaking pill.
I think it's great. That is an impossible song and you all pulled it off while having fun with it. kudos!

They have horrible vowels. They are barely opening their mouths. They sound super white and country.

@Ceridwen247 You're right about their vowels, but no need to reinforce race stereotypes—it's a big enough problem already :-)
