He got practically the same amount in Houston though. It seems like he felt, or was convinced into feeling, disrespected. His agent fucked up the deal. Just cuz he got Bynum a huge contract before, he thought he could fuck around with Kupchak and Mitch didnt bite. I love Ariza and miss him, but in the end most people would have taken Artest for the same $ over Ariza. I just hope someday Ariza comes back
