Because other companies may practice the same unethical activities does not make it ok. The choice of the name Narconon was for one purpose, to mislead people into thinking they were NarcAnon. This is akin to selling conterfit products and using names like Nikee.

@Kalimata101 Oh you don't get the point the point is why should someone get a refund after having gotten a service. Getting people of drugs has a very high level of failure and you can't expect to get a free ride of trying. Can you ethically do that and waist the time of those that put up with your shit as while you give them hell every day on your second trip. If you are a drug edict you can write this off as vacation. You stay there eat their vitamins and food and want it for free. Fuck you.

@roboptions As Kalimata tries to point out; If you pay for a service and instead receive a less satisfactory service then you should be given a refund. Sure, with rehab there is no guarantee to get clean, and certainly no guarantee that you will be happy, but you should be guaranteed the actual service you paid for OR a refund. Narconon offers neither as far as I am aware.

I too am a victim of Narconon Stone Hawk in Michigan. My son was suspended for reporting the mis-conduct of a counselor who was having sex with a female student.
