wow surpising how many nursery's change the lyrics, the nursery i work at is:

see the little sandy girl/boy sitting on a stone

she's/he's crying, she's/he's crying because she/he is all alone

stand up sandy girl/boy

wipe your tears away

chose the one you love the most to come and play

love you version too! :D

@kun4mil - Yes..you can definitely use this with toddlers. Children love fun songs and the 'action's used in the song make it fun and interesting to toddlers! They also always love music anyways..so it is fun to just sing it with them! :)
