I work for a garbage company, and there is NO WAY I would become a snitch for finding "drug paraphernalia" in someone's garbage. I don't do drugs, because my job requires frequent DOT/CDL drug testing but I respect a person's privacy. If the cops want evidence on someone, they should put down their donuts and search the trash themselves.
