What I always have liked the most about Madonna and still do is the fact that she is unconventional and is seeking boundary. Even if this means that te outcome could damage her. This makes her authentic. Throughout her career she does this consistently and I am happy about this. She openly admits she does whatever she wants without taking in account what people might think of her.

However it is really naive to think she doesn't calculate an effect she might cause beforehand.
