@tah12345678910 in formation flights you have to keep looking at the other plane to make sure you're where you're supposed to be. They're close enough that a minor mistake could mean a midair collision and instant death. So, not only is the other pilot completely focused on the lead plane, but the lead flight looks back and verifies position constantly.

@calebjweaver2012 Thanks a lot for the reply...Yes that's true specially in Glue formation Flying, pliots specially the Leader they must concentrate a lot on what they are doing, I usually fly like this but i dnt see F-14 instead of F-16.

@comintoatownnearu looks like a Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS),  A projection of pilot systems information projected on the vision as the pilot multi-tasks.
