So what, I work hard as a teacher to pay my bills and student loans and I don't want to be patted on the back for that. My parents worked liked dogs to put me through college, mortaged their house so that they could put 5 kids through college, never asking for a hand out, but got student loans that we can payback. By the way I came from a black democratic family.

Well, Hillary Clinton is my senator. I am from New York, and I voted for her twice. I didn't like her tactics during the primary. But that's water under the bridge right now.
