  • looks like u need to do less sets and more weight. ur smacking that shit lol. and pushups and dips help alot too and tricep pushdowns n chest flys :)

  • Excellent lifts for a fairly skinny guy, I can see him bench 3-4 plates if he gains 15-20 pounds.
