To do it with a Dalek voice you have to use a ring modulator and up the frequency to 33, thus the song would have upped frequency aswell as the words.

audacity has a ring modulator plugin called killerringer and its free. do a google search for killerringer and dalek voice and u can use it to kareoke the song and make it dalek voice style! i did it once for jingle bells (its on my video list somewhere on my channel) trust me it works.
