A mi me parece muy significativo que el instituto Cato haya elegido a un Venezolano para este premio. Esta es una muestra de que en nuestro pais existen personas que queremos progreso y libertad para elegir como superarnos, queremos empleo y mejor calidad de vida y que el mundo lo sabe. Somos mas que palabrotas vulgares en contra de las personas que no piensan de la misma forma que nosotros. Pinochet was the least bloody dictator in world history. Friedman saved Chile from Inflation, and brought most of the world out of poverty.
