The Torah (commonly referred to as the Old Testament) was written by G-d. I realize you don't believe it. I can't help that. If you wrote "G-d said everything belongs to Clay," we'd have to establish A) whether G-d wrote it, and B) whether there is other evidence of whom everything belongs to. In our case, A) it has been established over the generations that the Torah is true and accurate, and B) if that's not good enough for you, look at history. Either way, the land is ours.
