  • i do these with a fat bar. pain is good

  • how does this differ to an RDL?

  • Speed. "Up fast!" "Drop down like a plyometric". "Snap your hips" RDLs are more 'controlled'.

  • Because this is a CORRECT RDL. You shouldn't TRYING to lift anything slow.

  • with a RDL the legs are straight. This is just a short ROM fast deadlift
