@AvaliaKasa I had to compromise as I use Windows Movie Maker so the options weren't that many... :( You didn't miss much anyway, they just yell "innit though!"
I really love Catherine Tate, but for me as an austrian guy (so my first language is german) it's really difficult to understand all the things she's saying because of her dialect, so it wasn't that easy to find out a few thing (for example "bovvered" ), but Catherine's a genius anyway
"to bother" means to annoy or disturb. When you are bothered because of something, you are affected by it. When Lauren says she's not bothered, it's like saying she doesn't care about what the teacher says, these words "don't bother" her.
She was turned into a figurine of the Doctor's companion Rose Tyler.. which brought in the pun "A Rose by any other name.." she was a sweet person with the doctor..
"A rose by any other name would smell as sweet" is a line from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet (act 2 scene 2). The pun is on Rose, the former Doctor's companion, and Catherine Tate having also been a Doctor's companion.

@martintar1 No, we do not. I think it's "isn't it, though" We Americans don't say this. I think it's meant as a filler, or an exclamation.
