It's interesting that the US can spend trillions of dollars Americanizing the world, but the same people who support military spending have an issue subsidizing the health of their people. This guy is scary - thank God I live in Canada!

I really have an issue subsidizing health care for anybody, subsidizing involves taking money without their consent. That is called stealing. I guess you don't mind being stolen from. By the way, your premiere came down here to america to have his surgery done because it can done here better than upthere. The premiere was more than willing to pay for it. Why would he do that if your system is so great. By the way, jack stockwell is a great doctor.

@tbwentz My premier didn't go the the States; not everyone lives in one province. Our dog sleds have inter-provincial traveling capabilities. You call a chiropractor a doctor - what a fucking joke!

Conservatives seem to forget that universal health care (or the compromised bill we have now) is not about government control, it is about the belief that everyone should have basic health care regardless of your ability to afford it. know this may be hard to believe, but it's a basic liberal tenet and no matter how stupid you think it is, it's simply based on compassion (however misguided) and not about restricting your rights. In fact many liberals argue it is a right and you should have it.
