I dissagree. It's a horror film so it's serious, yes, but the entire thing is no different from Mario or the rest.

The only one to succeed in being the first and only game was MK, who cares if it was a 90's action flick with some small cheese (and I mean small, MK the game is part humour), it was very well detailed enough and Midway supervised, Paul never wrote and it made the same as Sin City and HellBoy.

Only one of it's kind, not caring about fanboys and doing one at a time

For instance, Katana was there because she speaks to a singular earth warrior before MK2 in the bios, so she's being watched now, then there are more then the 7 warriors as in MK2's opening on the consoles.

Silent Hill the movie isn't the worst, but ... I think they mixed up too much in this film. They took the story of Silent Hill 1+3 (daughter lost + Alessa story), monsters of Silent Hill 2 (Pyramid Head, nurses ...) and music from Silent Hill 1-3 (Like "you're not here" on the credits)

I think, the movie should not have been made by Americans, but by Konami. (They just worked a bit on it)

It was done by a french director and Konami waas implicated in the making because they want to remake their first Silent Hill. Most of the crew was french and the actors were americans

-wrong- the nurses in 2 are the only sexual ones :( cuz they represent the character's sexually repressed feelings. in all the other ones they dont have mini skirts and low cut blouses becuz it would be irrelevant and stupid...kind of like how they were irrelevant and stupid in the movie

I loved the film but what I didn't like was the nurses design. They looked too sexy and that kinda ruined the horror. In the game they are normal nurses with normal outfits... except in silent hill 3 though.

the movie was allright but pyramid head was only in the movie for like 2 minutes and what really got me upset about the movie was with all the people because in the silent hill we all know theres only a handful of people but it was awesome probably the best movie adapted from a video game resident evil needs to take some notes

im so excited for this movie. i can tell the director and even the creature creator are greatly dedicated to the game. them keeping things as close to the game is really giving fans something to be grateful for, i hope. i love the games so im really anticipating it to be really awesome on film as well. thanks for putting this up!
