I hate that Natashas accent is turning American - she should keep it English as much as she can. And just to clarify to Americans - you say British accent and you mean ENGLISH accent. British refers to people from England, Wales and Scotland and some would say Northern and Rep of Ireland, as these are the BRITISH ISLES.

You don't have to be English. It's the Brit awards not the English Awards, English, Northern Irish, Scottish and Welsh acts can perform basically.
