The dualshock is sixaxis. The original controllers for ps3 were just sixaxis then Sony added dualshock. So if you buy a dualshock you still get sixaxis.
does the white ps3 act the same as a black ps3 from usa? same games? changable language? what r the downsides if ur in usa and u get it from japan ( like with the system).
@akon12097 If you still need to know the answers - a Japanese PS3 plays any and all PS3 games worldwide. However will only play Region A Blu Rays (this includes USA Blu region since they are A too). If it's an original 60GB it will play Japanese PS2 games.
The power supply is multi-voltage and can be plugged in universally. In most menus it is O to progess instead of X, and X to go back.
I've had a Japanese 60GB since launch so take this as 100%. I want to get a white one next from Korea.

Sorry about that comment I meant to leave it for someone else. Anyway I like your white ps3. I got a red Ps3 from Colorware. You could have gotten an White U.S Ps3 that plays U.S dvd's and ps1 games from Colorware. A little more expensive but well worth it.

i have the 60gb version. its the best version as i can play my old ps2 games on it. it also has the sd memory slot.
i dont really want a japanese version :(
