Levi is probably one of the greatest MC's ever. I started collecting his tapes after I returned from London 1983. Tippa is a great stylist, but lyrically Levi is tops. Jay Z, Nas and all dem bwoy deh coulda never touch Levi. Thank God the world can hear dancehall from them time.
