Google Sketchup HELP!

How can I create a complex model for example a wood corbel, or a model of a 2d image (not to make the 2d image into a 3d model but rather make the image itself fir the model), where you have alot of complex curves a bends, please help!

At first I loved GSU but then I noticed problems,if you accidently erase a color on a panel it goes to gray and you can't "repaint" it ,or its covered in dots that u can't get rid of,I pressed print the other day and all the color dissapeared, some numbers I had applied using "text" would not print out on paper no matter what.The program just seems unstable I'm constantly in fear of screwing up hrs of work yes I can save every 15,or use Alt backspace,but I shouldn't have to. HELP

the shapes i draw are black and i cant see the edges also when i click after i open skethup up a large black rectangle fills the top of the model window??????? i have gone onto the help page and cant find an answer

I want to put things to my house. For example, I want to put a door. There are two problems: a) I can't turn it over. I mean, if the door's direction is left, i want it right. If I can see the door's behind I want to see it's front.

b) Even when I place the object, it justs dissapears.

When I open google sketchup, the entire drawing field is transparent and I can't draw or see anything.

when i open sketchup it is just wihite and it doesnt show the lines!

Does it freeze? If so reinstall sketchup or free up some space your hard drive. If thats not the solution, I will do more research.

Every time i start up SU7 i choose the template - its gets onto the drawing screen then freezes! Please help!

Sorry for not responding... if this happens try re-install sketchup, and if that doesnt work, free up some space on your computer.

Hi, i have a problem thats not stopping me from doing anything, its just really fustrating!!! well i was working on a model that hadnt been saved yet and lets pretend i drew a box, that box would be 3d and i wouldnt be see through, i saved it then came back to it and it went see through, sooo anoying!!!!, please help, ty

Did you try the translucent in the Materials section?

Try using a solid color from the materials section.
