The elderly are called senior citizens and they get state benefits. If you need development, you will need to have social security number system for proper management of identity. It is sad that in Nigeria, there are enough money for contract inflation, to share by law makers, party gangs, and for foreign bank accounts; but there is non for proper identity
I want to also suggest that there should be a national social security number for all residence in Nigeria. This same number : date of birth as, year, month and day--- and four figure. This will help in daily business conduct, people will no longer be bearing different names and setting up different accounts with different names. Such a population data will be useful in law enforcement , tax administration and development.
