I'm now 31 and decided to trim 'n shave because i had bad entrances and damn spot at the middle, the really bad part was that got the bad luck when i reached 18 or 19 years, sadly and my hair grew a lot to the sides and that was so uneven looking that i decided to end it once for all. Bought a head trimmer to specifically make the step and save money.

Out of curiosity I used and electric shaver I have (a Braun something) and it was a very good shave though it takes a lot of time compared to the usual razor. All in all, not bad IF you have time to do it.

@SEORankingSuccess You clearly were using it wrong. You cannot use the Headblade as you would a regular razor. If you were getting cut up, you were doing it incorrectly.
I've been balding since I was about 21-22...but it's only really gotten noticeable since I was 24. Since then, I started using an electric razor once a week to just shave as short as I could with that.
A month ago, I decided after using the electric razor to just go all out and shave with a normal face razor. I LOVED it. It's super smooth for about 24 hours and it stays relatively short for a week until I decide to shave again. I'd like to shave every other day, but it does take a big longer.
@coryrudy98 I shave about every other day. After awhile you'll be able to do it faster. It probably doesn't even take me 5 minutes now to shave my head and face.

I shave in the shower, using the same soap that I use to wash. I find it works and saves time, but I do not have thick hair. The shaving foam tells you were you have shaved and where you have not though.
@timtak1 Headblade has taken notice of the video. They were kind enough to send me some free equipment. The owner even said I can call whatever I want if I want more supplies. While I appreciated the offer, I still buy them. The offer alone was more than what I can appreciate from this fine company.

I bought some new glasses(usually wear contacts) and looking forward to seeing if the combo looks nice. Bald is going to look so much nicer then male pattern baldness. =)
Nice video. However, being poor at the moment due to the bad economy, I use cheap triple bladed razors once a week on my head after I buzz my hair off with an electric razor. I go gently repeatedly and use lotion with aloe afterward to get that smooth and shiny feel. I appreciate the fact that you embrace your baldness, unlike most men (my brother included) who prefer to let their baldness stick out in public.
to me the headblade is excessive, i use the gilette proglide even though they still arent cheap by any means. i shave in the shower too i do it all by feel i havent shaved in front of a mirror in a few years

Ran out of characters... I was gonna ask, do you use any type of lotion or anything to make some of that frictiony sandpaper feeling subside after you've shaven? If so what do you suggest? Yeah so I'm in the same boat as you. I don't need the stupid little finger shaver (no offense) I do it with a regular facial razor, I find it pretty simple even to do the back. I go front to back like you do with that one.
Anyway, my only complaint about head shaving, is that after you've freshly shaved, where your hair was feels like sand paper. It's not an appealing feeling to me, and I doubt it would be to many women.
So how about for a bald teenager? I'm 15 and I'm thinning very badly on the front of my head and the back. I'm a little over average weight size. My friends say not to, but I severely need opinions.

@FillingTheGap1 Man, don't feel bad. I'm 22, too. Everyday I used to get jealous of all my friends because it feels like I'm the only one dealing with this problem. I didn't want to go anywhere without a hat because it was so obvious my hair was receding in the front. Then finally i grew a set of balls and shaved my head. And I haven't looked back. As long as your head isn't a weird shape, I'm sure you'll look fine. You just gotta be confident. Good luck man, take control of your life!

I bought some new glasses(usually wear contacts) and looking forward to seeing if the combo looks nice. Bald is going to look so much nicer then male pattern baldness. =)

Nice video. However, being poor at the moment due to the bad economy, I use cheap triple bladed razors once a week on my head after I buzz my hair off with an electric razor. I go gently repeatedly and use lotion with aloe afterward to get that smooth and shiny feel. I appreciate the fact that you embrace your baldness, unlike most men (my brother included) who prefer to let their baldness stick out in public.

to me the headblade is excessive, i use the gilette proglide even though they still arent cheap by any means. i shave in the shower too i do it all by feel i havent shaved in front of a mirror in a few years

1 - He's already explained that there is plenty of water where he lives
2 - water doesn't disappear once it goes down the drain, it's called water reclamation
3 - It's his house, his tap, his bills, he can use at much water as he pleases.

Ran out of characters... I was gonna ask, do you use any type of lotion or anything to make some of that frictiony sandpaper feeling subside after you've shaven? If so what do you suggest? I am 25 completely bald on top like yourself, started noticing major thinning as early as 17. I've come to terms with the fact that I'm probably gonna be bald the rest of my life. Yeah so I'm in the same boat as you. I don't need the stupid little finger shaver (no offense) I do it with a regular facial razor, I find it pretty simple even to do the back. I go front to back like you do with that one.
Anyway, my only complaint about head shaving, is that after you've freshly shaved, where your hair was feels like sand paper. It's not an appealing feeling to me, and I doubt it would be to many women.
