i had a weird glitch. I was playing as the Angels against Toronto.Person on 2nd and 1st, 2 outs, the batter hits a ground ball to my third-basemen. i commanded him to throw to first, but all he did was put his glove on the ground and went around in a circle for 2 seconds.
I once had the funniest glitch, I was pitching as the Yankees vs. the Rangers, and all of a sudden one of the Rangers players sits down on the mound while I'm pitching like they sit in the dugout/bullpen, stayed there for like 3 pitches and then disappeared.
its not so much the glitches tht makes 2k9 not as good, its the gameplay and the fact tht the show has way more features with franchise and it has RTTS
please tell me you were trying to stay out of the double play or attempting a hit and run. if you were trying to straight up steal with molina you should have your head chopped off.
It was the bottom of the 9th of my first full game (never played The Show series before) - I'm still learning the basics, so it was more an effort to learn the timing of controlling a steal while batting than a legitimate attempt to advance. But hey, Bengie has like 3 career stolen bases, so it COULD happen ;)

Actually, he's still out. When the catcher tagged Molina, he was safe, Bengie stepped of the base. The catcher applied the tag on him, and he's out.
