Not really. She's not a puppet and the dolls she makes ARE NOT PUPPETS. They are dolls, like the uber-expensive handcrafted dolls you have to take good care of and cherish as heirlooms and stuff. The only reason they're connected to her is so she can use her magic to make them move as she wants, like puppets, but not the same. Unlike Chakra puppets which have threads all over, controlling each limb individually.
